What is it?
Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park is a vast wetland and prairie ecosystem just minutes from downtown Gainesville. Known for its sweeping views, open skies, and diverse wildlife, the park offers visitors a rare chance to experience Florida’s natural landscapes in an undeveloped setting.
