One of our owners, Susannah Peddie, has a special connection to Kin Cocktail Bar. Owners, Tara and James Blythe are fellow Duckpond residents, and Susannah and Tara chair the Dance Alive National Ballet Champaign Gala
together. They make a great team! Tara was inspired to start Kin bar when she heard that her beloved Duckpond was losing local bar Madrina's Bar, so she acted quickly and took over the space. She and James (an architect by trade) transformed the space into a beautiful, intimate setting.
